They've got an opening that I've applied for and I was wondering if anyone knew who ran the place. I'm trying to make sure I talk with the right guy.

What a terrible store! Rude staff that always acted like I was bothering them... and they followed me into the humidor and just stood there while I perused. Same treatment towards several friends of mine, as well. I just don't go there anymore.

Yeah, I was kinda hoping for the opportunity to turn the place around. I've got a list of ideas, but I can't even get an interview.

Hell, I'd just go down there during normal business hours and ask around. There'll be a manager there somewhere. It's how I got almost every job I've ever applied for

The manager's name is Ty, just ask for him, he's a nice guy when he's not too busy.

Thanks for the help, but I've given up on it. I went in Tuesday and the employees couldn't stop grabassing and cutting up with each other to bother ringing me up. I just barely got the guy at the register to give me my total.

It's really a shame. I'm a mile away at my other job and could have worked there as a part-time gig just for cigar money. I had a ton of ideas to help business out, but I don't see them having much of a desire to turn things around.
