I promise I'm not trying to pimp my own company's product on here, but I just got to sample the new 2005 SS figurado size (not available yet) and it is nice. Seems fuller bodied than the other 3 sizes. My friend smoked the new 6x60 size and couldn't finish but about half of it. As soon as we get some in I will send you guys some to sample.

Thanks for thinking of us. You know you have to get about 330 of them so we can all try them, right......

I didn't even know you guys made cigars until I read about an interview with your company's CEO. I got the impression they are typically a medium-type blend, is that correct?

They started off as a mild cigar, the ELR, made by Fuente since '94. In the past few years they started exploring Nicaragua and stepped up the strength. The Nicaraguan Reserve is a medium bodied smoke at most, although after seeing what most of you guys smoke, would probably think it is mild. The 2005 Special Selection is a step up in strength, and the RyR Serie Y is their fullest bodied smoke, with 2.5 leaves of ligero. They recently beefed up the 2005 SS a bit and it has a lot more flavor. Most of the guys in my shop here smoke the 2005 and the RyR because they tend to like the stronger cigars.
