doa was right !, we need some reviews!
Smoked a RP (Rocky Patel) Vintage 1990 today. A fine smoke. Lately it seems like Rocky Patel has about 30 different blends/cigars. Too much in MHO.
The 1990 Vintage is a great cigar. I bought a couple boxes from CI about a year ago and have had them "sleeping". Great taste, great construction. No problems. Not sure about the 'leather, blackberry, fruity" flavors that some reviews incorporate, but its a solid good flavored cigar! Not too strong, but a nice bold flavor. Not overpowering, just great flavor. I have a few boxes of Vintage 1992 sleeping as well. Both are solid. Smoke now or hang on to them a few years and they rival any top shelf smoke. Not sure about all the other RP blends but he has a hit with the vintage '90, and 92's! You can pick up a box or regulars or seconds pretty cheap! Worth it. Apparently the "seconds" have a few flaws, but the taste is awesome, and I have never had a problem with construction. Save some cash too which is a plus.
Had with a few sips of Patron and a few Yuengling's. Great lazy Sunday afternoon with a good cigar!! Hope this review is helpful.....my first one!
