I went to this shop when I was on vacation this past October. I stumbled across after going up Mt. Washington.

Let me start off by saying, nice selection of sticks! The bad part was all the sticks were splitting at the ends and looked dry as hell. They do not have a walk in humi, all the boxes are on the walls and the door was wide open. The temp was in the high 70s and humidy was very low that day and the door was wide open.

I'm surprised that you found the store in that condition. The whole store is humidified and it's pumped out of the ceiling near the back of the store. It wouldn't make up for the door being open, but I've never known the sticks to be cracked or splitting.

I'm sure if you fired off a message to Jonathan who owns the store, he'd answer any questions you have and help clarify problems.

Every time I've shopped there it's be excellent and the prices are reasonable, selection is always evolving and the atmosphere is great.

I've never been to a B&M that has a walk in humidor, so I'm biased on this one, but have been to them that have different display humidors that are glass faced.
